Introduction to Family Constellations — Opening New Paths

This introductory online workshop offers an opportunity to experience the principles of family constellations in a small and supportive group.
Family constellations explore how experiences, relationships and unresolved events within a family system may continue to influence later generations. Patterns that are difficult to understand on an individual level can sometimes become clearer when viewed as part of a wider family context.
During the workshop, Cristina will introduce the basic ideas behind family constellations and guide participants through practical exercises. Selected participants may have the opportunity to explore a personal question or recurring situation through a constellation, while the rest of the group takes part as observers or representatives.
The workshop may be relevant if you experience recurring difficulties in relationships, feel unable to move forward in an area of your life or wish to gain a different perspective on patterns within your family.
No previous experience with family constellations is required. You are welcome to participate with a personal question, but it is also possible to attend primarily as an observer.
The workshop will be conducted online in English. Please join from a quiet, private place where you can participate without interruption.
